If land area is limited, vertical loops can be installed. Holes are drilled at a depth of 175 ft., per ton of capacity. U-shaped loops of pipe are installed into the holes.

Why vertical directional drilling?
  • Limited loop field space

  • Better conductivity than slinky installation

  • Grouting ensures excellent loop conductivity

  • Environmentally safe

  • System can support additional HVAC needs

  • Rebates from utility companies

  • Sizing of new and retro-fit installations
